About Becca Bilski

Rebecca “Becca” Bilski was born, raised, and received her BFA in Erie County, Pennsylvania. As a multidisciplinary artist, she draws from an extensive multimedia background to pursue her passion of storytelling through visual art. Becca’s work as a published author and illustrator has given her experience engaging audiences through a distinctive visual perspective and narrative approach. 

Recurring themes throughout her work include identity, memory, and emotion, often explored through detailed compositions and thoughtful symbolism. Becca also has a professional background in large-format printing and production, providing her technical experience in creating artwork at a large scale for public and community spaces. Her knowledge in color theory and color matching further informs her work, creating distinctive interpretations of light, shadow, and atmosphere.

Becca is particularly interested in creating artwork that reflects local identity and invites viewers into moments of discovery, curiosity, and engagement. Growing up on a rural farm outside Erie instilled in her a strong work ethic, resourcefulness, and practical problem solving skills: qualities that she brings to any creative project. Through her work, she strives to create meaningful visual experiences that connect people to stories, places, and each other.
